  • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared and processed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout:

  • United States: 7-14 business days.
  • International Orders: 2-4 weeks, depending on destination and customs.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at info@godlygiftstore.com.

  • We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to locate your package.
  • If your package is deemed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

6. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

  • For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Godly Gift Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges imposed upon delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.
  • If you realize an error, contact us at info@godlygiftstore.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
